In an apartment

• As per indications provided by the World Health Organization, thorough cleaning at check-out with: – a disinfectant solution (containing 96% ethyl alcohol) for objects that are frequently touched, such as door and window handles, knobs, switches etc. – bleach for floors and bathrooms;
• Collaboration with a specialized professional laundry company, which guarantees completely sanitized and disinfected linen;
• Implementation of the ordinary maintenance program of all our air conditioning and plumbing systems;
• Plastic protection applied to the remote controls for the TV and air conditioning, changed at each check-in.

In the common areas

• Safety garments worn by the Reception staff
• Hand disinfection station
• Sanitation of common areas
• Wearing a protective mask in the common areas is compulsory

Use of the lift

• Only allowed to people with walking difficulties and carers
• Mandatory access with a mask
• Lift pushbuttons sanitized by the cleaning staff
