The environmentally friendly Residence delle Tre Corone is distinguished by its respect for the environment and use of renewable energy. Our belief in green values extends to our communication with our guests, to whom we recommend a few simple tips that can help reduce our everyday impact on the environment.

• Rainwater harvesting

Located under the canopy of the parking lot is a tank measuring 7mx10m allowing rainwater to flow into it, which is then used to irrigate the garden and flush the toilets.

• Solar panels for hot water

Solar panels guarantee partial self-sufficient energy to the building including heating of the water.

• Waste sorting

Waste is disposed of by following the rules of waste sorting using the utmost care: a “small effort” which we also ask all our Guests to make.

• Towels changed on request

In this way, considerable amounts of energy and water is conserved, including a reduction in the use of detergents and greenhouse gas emissions.

• Eliminating single-use products

We do not use single-use packaging, nor disposable plates, tablecloths or cups.
